Bio: Hilary Hammond

Hilary Hammond is the voluntary Deputy Clerk of Strumpshaw Parish Council.

Before retiring he was the Director of Arts and Libraries for Norfolk County Council.   He then established a consultancy firm which advised the Government about the provision of public libraries.  He was also key to the development and building of the Forum in Norwich.    Hilary drafted the Strumpshaw Neighbourhood Plan which was approved by a parish referendum in 2014 and led to the building of the Strumpshaw Community Hall.
