Mental Health and Self-harm Awareness Workshop

This training will be delivered to those working with young people (e.g. Youth workers). Educating them on mental health and self-harm, noticing the signs and symptoms and ending stigma.

Mental health awareness: ending stigma and building confidence, Self harm awareness: case studies, noticing signs and symptoms.

Aimed at those working with young people in East Suffolk.

Attendees should feel better equipped to deal with these issues should they arise in their work.

The event will be held at Suffolk New College – Rural campus (Otley college) IP6 9NE

Parking is available on site and there will be access to Wi-Fi.
