Based around the CAS Volunteer Journey Model, this course introduces you to the key stages of successful volunteer management. Suitable for both new and existing Volunteer Managers.

The course covers the following key areas:
• The importance of planning and how to get ready for volunteering within your Organisation
• How to identify and develop volunteer roles and appeal to a diverse range of people
• How to positively manage and support volunteers
• How to celebrate volunteering within your Organisation
