Community Action Suffolk in partnership with Voluntary Norfolk and NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group – HealthEast, are delighted to announce the launch of the HealthEast Healthy Communities Fund.
The one year fund has been established to enable voluntary and community sector organisations to support improvements in health, wellbeing and patient care in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area. Projects will need to be able to demonstrate a tangible link to improving health outcomes for local people and how they will link with existing NHS services and professionals.
Groups can apply for a maximum of £5,000 funding, the average grant awarded is expected to be £2,000 – £3,000.

Applications for work in the Great Yarmouth area need to be sent to Voluntary Norfolk, Waveney applications are being administered by the Community Action Suffolk team at The Kirkley Centre in Lowestoft.
