Booking and payment
- Courses must be paid for at the point of booking. Ensure you have a credit/ debit card or PayPal account to make the payment at the point of booking, read the course content to ensure the course will meet your training needs and that you are able to meet any pre-requisites, where stated.
- Bookings must be made using the Community Action Suffolk Online Booking system.
- If a course registration is completed by an individual other than the named candidate, it is the responsibility of the employer to ensure the candidate is suitable for the course and has the relevant experience.
- Completed bookings will automatically be confirmed via email at the time of booking. The confirmation also serves as a receipt.
- If the course is fully booked an automated message will state that the learner has been placed on a waitlist.
- Virtual sessions
Bookings and links for bookings are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who has registered for the event.
For virtual Learning and Development events e.g. training courses, conferences these links must not be shared with others who have not registered and paid for their attendance at paid for events.
The number of people who can attend an event is limited and we will and must prioritise attendance of those who have booked and paid (for chargeable events). It would not be right or fair for people to have booked using our registration system to find that their ‘seat’ had effectively been filled by someone who had not booked according to our processes. - If links have been shared anyone found to be attending but not having registered will be removed from the session.

- In the event of cancellation of a course by Community Action Suffolk, we will endeavour to inform all participants a week before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible.
