Wednesday 22 March 2017 marks the launch of our exciting new project, Minding The Gap.
This project provides targeted and intensive support for young people in Suffolk who are unemployed or economically inactive, who face significant challenges/barriers to accessing employment and are currently/or at risk of social isolation, to gain and sustain employment and education.
The launch will take place at Blackbourne Community Centre, Elmswell, IP30 9GY from 11:30am to 2:30pm (lunch will be provided). It will be an opportunity to find out more about the project as well as a chance to meet all the partners involved and to network with others active in supporting young people in Suffolk.
If you would like to book your free place at the launch, please contact Emma McConville, BBO Project Administrator, 01473 345352 or [email protected] by Wednesday 15 March, also confirming any dietary or additional requirements.

Individualised programmes are delivered according to needs of the young people on the project with a focus on personal development as well as education and employment.
Community Action Suffolk is the lead partner of the project, working together to ensure disadvantaged young people in Suffolk have the best opportunities for progression available to them. The other partners are:
- Access Community Trust
- Lapwing Education
- Realise Futures
- Green Light Trust
