I’m a multi skilled project and transformation manager, with experience in multiple project/change management methodologies and data analysis. I have an extensive background in the communications sector where I lead highly successful multiple change and transformation programmes, managing commercial, operational, product and external teams. I have a energy, a focus and drive to deliver exceptional results and constantly strive to identify and implement business improvement in all area’s of the business. I joined Community Action Suffolk in November 2024, leading the Capacity Building team to deliver great capabilities, governance and infrastructure to support our amazing Suffolk Charity Communities.
